This review is for the Om Immunity product First, regarding taste, I mixed one teaspoon in with my coffee and didn’t even notice the taste, which is a good thing, given that some people have complained about the taste. No complaints here. There are two real questions you need to ask yourself when buying any nutritional supplement, including this one. The first is: Does the supplement actually contain the advertised ingredients and in the amounts indicated on the label? I am assuming in good faith that this product actually contains Reishi, Turkey Tail, Maitake, and Agaricus Blazei , as this appears to be a reputable company. However I have read a lot over the years about nutritional supplements being tested and lacking in the ingredients that are on the label; and in some cases having none of the ingredients listed on the label. I have no reason to believe this is the case with this product. But one doesn’t know for sure does one? The second question to ask: Does the supplement deliver the promised efficacy? In the case of this product, does it actually work to enhance one’s immunity, and if yes, to what degree? I can’t answer this question but I just offer it for consideration. I buy products such as this and also Paul Stamets products because I believe doing so probably enhances my health and at the very least I view them as a relatively inexpensive addendum to my health insurance policy. It probably can’t hurt and it just may very well deliver the purported benefits. I have read many wonderful things about the health enhancing benefits of these kinds of mushrooms and so I am taking a leap of faith by purchasing a product such as this, assuming that it might enhance my overall health and well-being and in this case enhance my immunity. This company has a good vibe about it and I know that’s a very unscientific way of evaluating a product, but I will continue to take it as part of my overall regimen to lead a healthy life and to improve my chances of fighting off the various kinds of bacterial and viral infections that one faces in this day and age.

I love this product. I buy for my family and friends during cold season to help boost immunity. It was recommended to me by a functional medicine practitioner, so I know it’s good quality. When you need a boost in health and immunity , use this it works!

Excellent! The powder appears to be pure, and I love that it's organic. It's very easy to take. I just put it in some apple sauce with other powder supplements that I take. No bad tastes. This product has the mushroom mycelium, not just the fruiting body. I've been taking this immune complex that includes several immune system enhancing mushrooms and also taking the Cordyceps powder, because I have had several bouts of pneumonia and need to become less susceptible to infection. I've been taking the Cordyceps for a month. I started taking it after a recent pneumonia. I've been taking the Immune Mushroom for a couple of weeks. I am also taking astralagus. Last week I woke up with a sore throat and body aches. I was afraid that a new flu, with fever and cold symptoms was about to begin, but it has been 5 days and I feel fine. The sore throat lasted a couple of days. I rested and drank plenty of fluids. I think these mushrooms have improved my immunity. I am grateful, and will continue to take them.

I actually like this version of OM mushroom. It does settle a little in the bottom of my cup but I swirl my coffee to loosen it up. It’s a little gritty at the end bc it does settle but it works and I notice a little more focus during my morning.

Fair price. Good ingredients. We've been giving it to our cancer dog for about a year (along with a long list of other herbs and supplements). It is the keystone ingredient to our anti cancer regimen. So far, so good.

These are my go to immunity vitamins, I always get refills when I am out! I gave some to my friends during vacation and they told me they could feel the difference in their overall energy and health right away! Staple item and I notice I don't get sick as often when I take them continuously. Mushrooms for the win!

Tastes absolutely disgusting. Even when mixed with almond milk, fruit and protein powder. You just can’t cover the taste. It’s SO strong.

This is a great brand and product, but I have never purchased from this buyer before. The seal came broken.
