This is the most remarkable magnesium formulation I have ever taken, and I have tried a great many: ReMag (vile-tasting), Sucrosomial Magnesium (for me, not better than any other mag), various chelates and salts (the anions have their own effects on the body, which I don't always want). Not sure how Naveh Pharma did it, but with Magnox they've cracked the code. I believe we can now officially consider magnesium supplementation to be a solved problem - that problem being the longstanding question of how to increase dosage and absorption while avoiding laxation. In Magnox 520, we have a super-convenient capsule with the highest amount of elemental magnesium of any magnesium product on the market - that miraculously does not perturb the gut at all! For a GI tract as hyperreactive as mine, this is a big, big deal. I have never gone beyond 200mg of elemental mag daily for fear of triggering diarrhea until I started Magnox about a week ago. Now I take 520mg daily with no issues. Short of a severe deficiency, no mineral will cure every ailment you have all by itself, but as the most potent mag available today, I think Magnox should be a core supplement for any health strategy. It certainly will be for mine.

Seems to work well. I have taken magnesium for years and just switched to this one because quality control on one I used to take was lacking. I am pleased with these and will continue to use because magnesium makes such a difference in my mood and gut health.

Alleviated my leg twitching but I had a morning headache every time I took one before bed so I had to quit taking them. Will try magnesium in another form.

Excellent product

Great magnesium! I started sleeping better just a few days after I began taking it. It really helped with muscle tension, especially after workouts. I love that the capsules are vegan and the formula is clean. Will definitely order again!

Completely Useless. Leg cramps consistent and seems more intense. Don’t sleep better or faster. Have even tried taking 2 total through the night when cramps keep coming and still no changes. This much magnesium with either 1 or 2 pills doesn’t affect GI as other types of magnesium supplements would with much less dose. Do not believe these have any worthy magnesium of any type. Huge Waste of money and Expectations. Can’t Return of course But easily thrown away!

I am so happy to be able to get such a large dose of elemental magnesium in one capsule! I have been taking magnesium supplements for years, and yet I still had a laxative effect when I started taking this--which proves to me that it contains the high dosage it claims. I took it every other day until my body adjusted, and now I can take this daily and remain regular without suffering from watery stools. Most people are deficient in this extremely important mineral. When I don't get enough I suffer from leg cramps and RLS. Love this stuff! Love that I can get my magnesium in one capsule instead of 3.

Excellent price and brilliant quality magnesium this brand recommend by my nutritional therapist. I’ve tried other magnesium but this one is much gentler on the stomach and better absorbed. I’ve used this throughout my healing journey. Helped to relax my muscles, reduce migraine, calmed my nervous system, helped with anxiety. My husband and I take it in the evening to aid sleep. The seal on the bottle was broken and the lid is just a screw top. Looked tampered with so I had to throw it in the bin to make sure no one could get them. I’m furious. Should be allowed a refund for this
