I was surprised at how well I sleep on this thing. I didn't think that it would do anything, but I was clearly wrong. I ran a few tests that surprised me as well. First, I check the voltage that my body was either producing or receiving compared to ground in AC voltage. At ground level with flip flops on was 1.371 volts. When I took the flip flops off and standing on dirt it fell to 0.005 volts AC. So we went to the bedroom (second floor) and plugged the wire from the grounding sheet into the wall and tested. The voltage was even higher at 3.728 AC. I found it interesting that the farther I was away from the ground in elevation the higher the voltage would go. We placed the sheet on the bed and conducted the same test. But instead of grounding to earth we simply put our hands on the sheet that was plugged into the ground pin of the wall outlet. The voltage dropped to 0.005. I not sure why the voltage would not go lower than that. We got one for our son. He slept on it a couple of nights and said he didn't notice any difference in his sleep or anything else. I went to check on the hook up and make sure everything was right. I tested the sheet, the wire and the outlet. THE OUTLET WAS NOT GROUNDED! We checked an outlet on a different wall and it was fine. He slept on it and said it was the best night sleeping ever. Now I have to figure out why that outlet is not grounded. I know that many older homes had 2 prong outlets only and no ground. As time passed and many electronics and appliances went to a 3 prong plug, people would change out the outlet to a 3 prong plug, but did not hook up a ground to it. I once lived in such a house. Not a single outlet was grounded in that old house (built in 1964). So test your outlets or have them tested before using this product. This may explain a few reviews of this product that state they noticed no difference in their sleep. I have no idea why being grounded works for sleeping or why, but it certainly did for us.

It's not a mat, it's a sheet.A mat implies that its heavy or thick and doesn't move.In reality, it doesn't stay put. Got bunched up by the foot of the bed in a free hours so unless I figure out a way to use it during the day, it's pretty useless to me.

I really couldn't tell if this product worked fully or not. The first three days I used it I slept better than I had in months. However after the third day I began my tossing and turning and staying awake routine again. It did seem to help my restless legs calm down. After using it for about two weeks, one night I just pulled it off because it made me feel too warm. I like to feel cool sheets when I change position in bed, and this product made me feel warmer than usual. The material is more like a light muslin cotten than something cool. I do like the fact that it's long enough on the bed. I use it on my side and my husband sleeps on our regular sheet without the product. I will give it another chance and put it on the bed to see what results I get this time. If I can't sleep on it, I may just put it under my feet while sitting at our kitchen table.

So I'm 74yo with years of sleeping only from one to two hours at a time...for various medical reasons including sleep apnea (use a CPAP too) and neuropathy. I also use Rx sleep meds and OTC topical ointments for the neuropathy. I'm also a licensed professional counselor and have for years advised clients having anxiety or a panic attach to hold metal faucets on their sink to ground themselves. Done it myself to feel grounded. I did read all the post saying this rig is scientifically impossible, and read all the posts saying it didn't do anything for them. But decided to give it a shot anyway. Risk the money.I've had it for less than two weeks. And starting out I only noticed that I seemed to sleep a bit deeper, but was still having to get up a lot. After a few days I was able to sleep in some four hour bursts...a most welcome improvement. Then two days ago slept for six hours! I haven't done that in many many years. Then last night - I slept seven hours straight. Unheard of for me.The only change to my sleep routine was to sleep on this grounded sheet. To maximize the benefits I sleep in the raw for maximum contact. I feel like just for two nights of six and seven hours continuous sleep I've already gotten my money back.

This item was comfortable and pretty, but I thought it was too thin to endure the usage it would receive. Didn't think it was worth the price and since I have no symptoms of having trouble with EMF, I couldn't tell if it was working for me or not. Sent back.

I gave this five stars because it is very well made and arrived well-packed and promptly. The jury is still out as to whether it makes a difference in my body or not. I do think I am sleeping better, but so far have not noticed a decrease in generalized muscle pain. We'll see.

At first, I thought I noticed a change in my sleep and felt more rested. Went away for a 3-nights and realized there was no change. Overpriced and a lot of hype.

It is still too soon. I gave this sheet to my son and he says he has not noticed anything yet. He had a swollen knee. He has been using it faithfully since I had it delivered to him on Amazon.
