need a heat gun
product is good & firm and hard to install, best if you get a heat gun and some dawn soap to get it on or you will have a very hard time. And be very frustrated. No heat gun buy OEM much softer.

Does not fit 2008 Sienna; very rigid and hard; a bad fit
It doesn't fit 2008 Toyota Sienna. It seems to be in the correct shape to fit the space, but it does not go in easily. The original OEM part is very flexible and can easily be bent and manipulated without losing form and be fitted into the slot. But this plastic is very hard, and is not flexible at all. Don't buy this product if you don't want to spend an hour trying to fit it in and end up spending another hour to cut it and fit it into the slot. Amazon should stop linking this item to 2008 Toyota Sienna.

Gotta Give this 3.5 Stars. Took me 20 mins.
Yes this is HARD synthetic rubber. 2009 Sienna. I quickly sized up the situation, and put on a pair of heavy (cheap) suede work gloves. Then I took a box cutter with NEW very sharp blade and CAREFULLY shaved off the INSIDE of the grommet until it fit the van's antenna cutout a lot less snugly. Worked in good light with a wood board underneath. Even cut a bit off the inside-top of the grommet. Tapped it down into the opening with a heavy slotted screwdriver placed where the antenna exits the grommet material - if you are installing one, you'll see what I mean. Inserted and removed it several times until it fit OK and it then snapped into place. The grommet's outside was left untouched - just a couple of indentations from the screwdriver. Ask me if I care. And all skin on fingers still intact. Whew. Fitting perfectly now, and will probably last a good while. Yeah it would have been nice if the material was a little softer and/or if it arrived fitting better, but for seven bucks and a few mins work I'm good here.

A rascal to install. Honestly, I think they started with this piece and built the van around it! It is a very tight fit and, quite honestly, I'm still not 100% the item is correctly fitting to the body. I'm giving this product five stars because the item was received as expected.

Okay fit, but great price!
It's not a 100% perfect fit, but close enough for a deeply "discounted" replacement. Had issues getting the antenna to go fully into the opening, but a month after installation, it's still working fine. If I were to need another replacement, I would buy this again.

Works exactly as original for my 2010 Sienna.
Hopefully you are reading the reviews while searching for a replacement. I highly recommend this product if you are looking to get a part matching the same quality and function as the original. Sure this may cost a little more than the cheap knock off brands you will find, but it is well worth it. Very easy to install. If you read the reviews on the cheaper products they will tell you the part does not fit properly. I actually bought the cheaper one first and wasted money on it. Do not make the same mistake I did . This fit perfectly on my 2010 sienna. Happy hunting.

Not the same hardness as OEM part, does not fit correctly as a result.
I purchased and installed an OEM Toyota antenna bracket to replace my old one that was destroyed by the sun. The next day I went online to see how fair the price was at the dealer. $25 for the OEM versus $8 for the OxGord listed here on Amazon! I promptly removed the OEM bracket and ordered the OxGord with Prime shipping. It came the next day and I was able to compare both side by side. The difference is surprising. The OEM bracket is supple and easy to form-fit without having to dismount the antenna from the fender. You just press it into place and you're done. I literally installed it with my thumb. No tools required. The OxGord bracket is identical in size and shape, but is made from a very hard plastic/rubber compound. The OEM bracket was obviously sized based on the fact that a soft compound was used to form the part. With the MUCH harder OxGord in hand, it took me more than two hours to get it installed. I had to use a Dremmel, rubber mallet, and a box blade to cut down the OxGord to get it to fit. This would have been a somewhat easier install if I had dismantled the fender well, removed the antenna from the inside of the fender, and worked at the OxGord for awhile. However, the OEM part just slides in. No disassembly required, no cutting, and no heavy handed banging with a rubber mallet. With the OxGord properly fitted in the horizontal dimensions, it's too tall and protrudes slightly from the fender as a result. The OEM part was more of a compression fitted piece, but since this one doesn't compress it never fits smoothly to the fender's curvature. I would HIGHLY recommend you buy an OEM replacement. You can order the part from sellers online and avoid the dealer markup, but still get a quality part. This works so it gets 2 stars, but it is not similar to the OEM part where it counts.

Wasted my money
Wouldn't go on. I couldn't figure out why until I read other reviews and saw an accompanying video. The material is far too hard. That makes it virtually impossible to fit over the antenna base. Wasted my money. I am not mechanically inept and have plenty of strength to apply reasonable force and more. I even lubricated the bezel and used a tool to apply extra force. The bezel would not seat. If some got theirs to fit, then it points to the typical Chinese import problem, poor quality control. This thing just looks like a functioning part, but it is not.
