Product Description ------------------- Vinetops are traditional and y Greek meze that perfectly combines with ouzo, raki and salads. A delicious pickle in salt and vinegar with interesting and spicy taste. The vine tops are the small tendrils that the vine uses to climb on the supports it finds. Of course, nowadays these supports are none other than the wires that vine growers put up to support the vines. Thus, the usefulness of the vineyard stakes is of little or no use for the development of the vineyard. For this reason, we corral our vines and, instead of throwing away the tops we harvest, we make them into a delicious pickle in salt and vinegar to accompany your ouzo or tsipouro or even decorate your salads. Our products are produced in the privately owned vineyards of the Kazakis family. The methods we use in cultivation and their preparation combine modern agronomic know-how with the traditional recipes of our grandparents.
