Top quality Cal-mag-Zinc
As a senior who is also lactose-intolerant, I have to have a good calcium supplement. As a senior who gets leg cramps, a good magnesium supplement was needed. As a senior with a weakened immune system, a regular zinc supplement was needed. This single chelated cal-mag-zinc supplement is the best I've taken so I no longer get leg cramps, my sleep is better and I am not as concerned that my vegan diet is not providing enough calcium for bone strength and density.
