Doesnt flop/ bend while swinging, good quality and an overall great prop
Great prop, bought this a while ago for a costume party, still holds shape and doesnt bend when swinging, soft material but doesnt feel cheaply made, so overall good quality, but probably wouldnt handle a proper full swing against somthing solid without chipping or breaking. Overall, great use for a prop and mock fights as its not floppy when swinging like i mentioned. 10/10 couldnt complain about it tbh

the feel of it
the sword despite being foam is fairly hard and it isn't latex coated with a spray so the pain will come off, the handle is a bit weird to hold as well as it feels like its not thick enough

A brilliant sword prop
It looks amazing. Take note it’s type of painted rubberised foam. It’s great for photos or theatre, but it’s not designed for active sword play.

Not LARP Safe, Sharp Edges, Exposed Core
I got this to be a simple cheap LARP sword but when it came the foam is very stiff and ridged and not smoothed on the edges. The tip of the sword came with the core exposed which for a LARP weapon is very dangerous. Just to be sure my friend and I tested it and not only did it hurt but left scratch marks, I expect if you actually took this to LARP you or someone would get hurt. If the low quality exterior problem wasn’t bad enough it is also not rigid and flimsy as can be, when swung it’s like hitting with a springy stick, the core bends and seems like if used regularly would snap. I’d skip this, spend a bit extra and get a decent sword you can use for LARP, if you want to display it would be ok as long as yours shows up in new condition, I would also say because of how flimsy it is the sword is not good for HEMA practice either.
