What is the model number?

It is a "Raven"; don't see a model number on it.

Does the thrower come stock with a wireless remote?

No. i bought it apart. the Item name is : Do-All Outdoors Single Wireless Remote Kit https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BHA7FGY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My husband’s is just continuously throwing? Any suggestion?

I have a Raven and like it very much. I have an accessory called a Wobbler that constantly changes the elevation as well as the angle the clays are thrown which makes it much more interesting as well as more of a challenge.

Any 12 volt car or marine battery will power it
