With all the new technology we are now forced to use only HP ink cartridges. It works, just like it always has. The price is crazy, but that's why it's on an autoship. I've used HP for decades and will continue to use it since your newer printers will not allow anything else.

Buy what is compatible with your printer.
It fit nicely into my HP Envy printer. It was in stock, needed the black cartridge only. Haven't had any problems at all, since being installed. Would buy again!

Standard HP ink. Not sure if it is just me but, seems like there is less ink as it tends to run out faster than it used to. It is quite expensive too.
