Easy to assemble and take down. You can't fold it up, needs to be taken apart. Seems quite strong, stood up quite well in a reasonable breeze. No issues yet with the net.

Packaged well, straight out the box took less than 5 minutes to get up. Hit some solid golf shots into it, as it’s not an enclosed net the worry of a shank is in the back of your mind.. there is some loose netting that gathers up at the base, this helps soften the impact & with my 5 iron was rolling the ball back to my feet. I would recommend

I purchased what was described as a golf net from Amazon UK (provided via the SportsHQ). The net broke after approx.6 weeks (used during lockdown by my 12 year old boy), so I asked for a replacement under the product warranty only to be told that this is not a golf net. To my surprise Woodworm have added a relevant Amazon Q&A comment and description comment after the date I purchased the item. However, customer service denies this was done and instead told me that this was never described as a golf net. I proved my point as the same net still comes up when searching for the term golf net (even on Woodworms own website), yet customer service insists that they have not changed the description and only added the Q&A “to clarify” the use of the net. Add to this the fact that their chat does not work and phone call backs are not made (I left two messages and never had a call back and if you decide to wait in the phone queue the call will just terminate - again I tried three times). I had to write multiple strong emails to get one line replies which were not even signed. Considering the incorrect description of the item and Woodworms failure to respond to normal warranty requests I can only conclude that Woodworm isn’t interested in their sellers and manufacturers responsibilities. So think twice before buying any item from this brand or its distribution outlets!
