Easy to apply. Relaxation nation. So much value for its money! I use it for skin care and sometimes to calm my face down when anxious. The cold helps anxiety and this helps a lot. Best self care product. One side slowly warms up so I flip it over when one side is done. If you have sensitive skin always make sure if you do that you don’t get frozen skin burn. Otherwise wow.

Becomes way too solid in the freezer to put on and not cold enough in the fridge to have a noticeable effect. Just use ice cubes
