ZF Lifeguard 8 Fluid 8 Speed 8HP ATF Automatic Transmission Oil (1 Litre)

Description

Tranguard 8 ATF is a premium automatic transmission fluid which is manufactured using high quality synthetic base fluids and a tailored additive system, designed to deliver exceptional automatic transmission performance. Tranguard 8 ATF is primarily intended for use in ZF 8 speed automatic transmission configurations, 8HP45; 8HP50; 8HP55; 8HP65; 8HP70; 8HP75; 8HP90 and 8HP95. It may also be used in ZF 6 speed automatic transmission configurations 6HP19X (Audi Q7) and 6HP26A61 (vehicles equipped with Audi W12 Engine) or where the original equipment manufacturer recommends a fluid of this quality, performance level and viscosity. Review: Same as ZF but at a fraction of the price. - According to BMW it isn't necessary to change the oil in the ZF gearbox. However the manufacturer states otherwise. According to them its eight years or 60k miles. Mine is getting on for eight years old so I bought 8 litres. In the event I only needed just over 5 litres but I didn't want to risk running out. The gearbox after refilling and checking works perfectly and this oil is substantially cheaper than buying the ZF labelled stuff. Review: Non gen oil - Used a OE oil for my XJ.
