I now have the straight texture, the kinky coily and the afro curly texture. I LOVE them all! They all match my 4c hair texture perfectly. I'll break down the reviews for each below. PERM YAKI: Best yaki hair on Amazon! I've had the straight clip ins for over two years now. They are still good as new. I take care of them and properly maintain them so take that into consideration. I use the straight clip ins to do updos and half up half down looks when my hair is straight. If you are wanting to add volume and your hair is the same length as the clip ins, one bundle is fine. However, if you would like to add length you will need at least two bundles-2.5 on the safe side. I recently recommended these for my friend and she has 3c/4a texture. They worked well for her. I did notice that they didn't hold their curl as well as my old ones did. I'm not sure if the hair is too new or what, but my old bundles hold a curl way better. AFRO CURLY AND KINKY COILY: I mixed the kinky coils with the afro curly for a more realistic look. The afro curly also helps with definition. I got lots of compliments and people thought it was my real hair. After washing the hair (once going swimming) the curls didn't clump up like I'd like so I had to manipulate it bt doing braid outs and straw curls. It still looked nice after the manipulation. The natural state was a little dry and undefined. Overall, I love this hair. It's a quick, convenient, affordable alternative to the bigger brands.

This hair is wonderful. It looks absolutely gorgeous feels gorgeous and it is worth every penny. It does have a bit of a burnt smell even after I washed it. Other than that it looks very natural. It is very easy to derange there is minimum shedding and I received it in two days. It’s longer than I expected I had to cut it to look more like me. It is a bit brown but not ridiculous to where you can’t blend your hair. Overall a great experience I wore it for 2 weeks straight without taking it out just twisting it in sections and covering it at night. It needs to be washed with warm water and deep conditioned for an hour after wearing it that long and then it’s right back looking good. I looked at so many different companies for months glad I decided on this product it’s a decent price for an excellent product. Stop looking through a thousand reviews like I did and order this hair it is definitely worth it. I got 16” & 14”

UPDATE: Ok so I am back with an update and I had to give it! I washed this hair with Aussie hair products and brought these old matted clip ins back to life! I used my new detangler brush that’s all over social media and it was detangled in minutes! The hair was soft and curly again and absolutely amazing. Ok so maybe I will purchase again knowing which tools and products to use. If you’re on the fence about it...purchase the hair! ............ So I took a chance and ordered these clip ins because I needed them ASAP for a trip I was going on. When they arrived I had mix feelings because the hair was soft and looked nice but I immediately noticed that the length seemed off. I compared them to older curly clip ins I had and the length was definitely off. Now when I installed them the first day was “okay” but then they started to look like they were made with synthetic hair. I recently watched a YouTube video of fake $3 hair being turned into curly clip ins and I think that’s exactly what I got! I used the hair twice and I doubt I’ll be able to use it again. I will not be purchasing hair from amazon again and I’ll go back to my usual seller which is Platinum Dream Hair.

(Sister wrote review) I bought 2 packs - one 14 in and one 16 inch for a layered effect. This hair is hands down some of the best hair I’ve ever seen purchased. It’s extremely soft and the curls blend perfectly with my hair texture. I love clip ins bc of the many ways I can use them and the ability to take them out as I please to care for my hair underneath! Minimal shedding, great packaging, and hair flourishes with coconut oil. The only thing I noticed is that the 14 in was much noticeably shorter than the 16 in I purchased, so I had to get creative with the layers. It’s possible they sent me the wrong size for one of the packs. Otherwise I highly recommend this purchase!

Not what I expected. Has a very strong chemical smell. It was really hard to get the smell out. The curl pattern is not as expected. After washing it didn't curl more.

These clips ins were soft and perfect for my 4b curls. I cowashed the the clip ins without combing or brushing through the curls. I let them air dry. I used some “don’t shrink” gel from auntie Jackie’s to blend my own curls into the hair. Best discovery ever. I lightly pulled the curls apart with my fingers to achieve this look. I used two packs of the 18” coily clips. These clip ins were extremely easy to work with if you do it right.

This hair took bleach perfectly. I used Wella 20 volume developer and blondor powder bleach. It lifted incredibly. Hair doesn’t stink, has a slight factory smell but it will probably go away. I have fine hair so two packs are good for me. If you have medium to thick hair you might want to get 3 packs for an extra full look. These are perfect for my hair. Slightly kinky but straight. It matches my straightened 4/c4b/4a texture when it’s straight. You can dye this hair and treat it just like yours. It looks longer than 16 inches… lol but I’ll take it. Great hair for an even better price.

The clips are very nice, very secure. The hair is nice until I brushed-out (wide-tooth comb did nothing.) the curls. It looks like a curly Afro now and uncertain that it will return to original curl pattern. Curls were too flat in original state and tracks showed on thin front hairline. If one has thick hair, to cover front tracks then you should do fine. Will wear these as curly Afro; with a wide headband as an updo and with a regular headband until new styles can be attempted. Time will tell if curl pattern returns. These were comfy to sleep in for a night, did not find them to be uncomfortable even on a 18-hour day. Clips did not snag braided natural hair. Took spray-in (grey) color nicely. Received compliments when worn with headbands. Will continue to experiment with styles and watch YouTube for additional styles without headbands.
