Orange Drop Capacitor - .022uf/200v - 715P, Polypropylene, 5% Tolerance (10x)

Easy to install

The Orange Drop .022 Capacitors worked great on an ES-335 kit build with CTS pots and Seymour Duncan Seth Lover pickups. I used an alligator clip when soldering to dissipate the heat to avoid the possibility of frying them. I also used heat shrink over part of the wire to prevent contact with other wires (although I also put heat shrink over the majority of the braided wires). These seem to be the Gold Standard for guitars.

I have upgraded 3 Humbucker style guitars in a row that had tiny little Green .047 capacitor. This is the magic bullet for many tone problems. While everyone may not hear the same thing these are Rock Stars for me.

I always order these caps for Gibson wiring harness rebuilds. In fact, I sometimes throw them into whatever because they’re just amazing tone caps to my ears. I’ll keep ordering them if they continue to make them to this level of awesome quality.
