I have to say, this is nicer than I thought it would be. Some of the higher quality ones are over $200. When you get down to the $100 range, you start reading about some quality issues. I decided to go in the opposite direction - this is about the cheapest faucet (of this style) I could fine. Then I got the Amazon $10 extended warranty with it. I figure if I don't like it, then at least I'll know what to get next time and I'm only out $50, and if it breaks I've got it covered for 4 years (I think it was). Hard to go wrong. Installation was OK - they didn't provide a very good way to tighten the main collar nut holding the faucet to the sink, but the "compression" screws seem to do a good job of holding the collar nut in place. The nozzle appears to be made of plastic, but everything else is solid metal. It operates very smoothly and feels very solid. Been using it for a week and I think I lucked into a really good value with this brand. I was skeptical because the company is "Moone" which appears to be a cheap ripoff of "Moen". But.... so far, really happy with it - startling for the price, really. Reach is very good and the spray is pretty powerful - more powerful than the old side sprayer that came with my previous faucet, for sure.

I am not a plumber but my mom's faucet was leaking and creating a huge mess. Installation was a breeze with step by step instructions and pictures that were nice and big enough to see. Placing the faucet in took about 30 minutes, now getting the old one out and repairing the damage from the old faucet took quite awhile. I am very impressed with the products and thought that has been put in to make this style of faucet, which is very modern. It has a head that can be removed and used as a spray nozzle and it is very long to clean the whole sink with the spray nozzle or fill a pot to boil water for noodles. I comes with ALL the hardware, even the base/deck plate and new hot/cold hoses which I noticed most companies make you purchase them for extra if you want to replace the old ones. It's very convenient with 1 handle to change the temperature so that you have a free and for spraying or whatever you need to do. It is easy to keep clean without water spots or corrosion like her other one has. You can also chose different water sprays depending on what you need. With everything included it is worth the price!

It's very decorative and you can't differentiate between the Moone model and the major plumbing brands. I installed it myself and. It feels. Very sturdy. However the faucet seems to lean somewhat? I dont know if this is from the weight of the spring or just the way it's designed. Regardless, I am very happy with my purchase as it looks and works great.I'm still trying to figure out why the major brands, i.e. Kohler, Moen, Price Fiscter, can justify charging 3x what this model cost.Ceramic mixing cartridges and brass bodies are most important and it seems the Moone model has everything the other due.I guess people are more comfortable with brand names, even if that's all your paying for. If there turns out to be a defect in the model purchased you ways have the limited lifetime warranty to back it up.Coincidentally justice the big boys.I've installed at least a hundred or so faucets over the years in my line of work. If there is ultimately an issue I'll know about it soon enough. I think that a out says it all.Happy trails,Mark P. Somen

This faucet is BEAUTIFUL! I bought it with a brand new sink and they have completely updated the look and feel of my kitchen. A couple small items to note:The way it’s packaged left us originally missed a small rubber washer which resulted in water leaking all over when we’d turn it on. The washer ended up being stuck underneath a larger washer inside a spare part. Difficult to find.Also, the hose for the pull down sprayer is probably not if the highest quality so I’m trying to just be consciously gentle on it so it doesn’t wear too fast but you could easily swap it out over time if needed.Overall this faucet is well worth the small price tag. Anything like this in a store would cost upwards of $250.

I have always liked the look of industrial kitchen faucets and this fits the bill perfectly. It replaced a Moen faucet that has been installed by the builder. It was my first time installing a kitchen faucet and while it was no quick it was also not challenging. I would recommend that you have the right connecting pieces before you start the installation. I had to end up going to my local hardware store to purchase a connection piece. The faucet works well and has great power. When it’s on the spray mode it really does clean things much better then my previous faucet. Time will ultimately tell how good this holds up from everyday use but even if it doesn’t last 10-12 years my old faucet did I would be okay getting half the time for the price of this unit. It’s also worth noting that this came in a very professional package and I was immediately impressed opening the box.

The instructions are in the tiniest font and aren't really instructions at all. There is a part list and 6 steps that are so basic and non descriptive that it is a joke. Luckily I am pretty handy and have installed a few faucets in my day. If the instructions had stated to hook up the pull retractable spray cord PRIOR to mounting it would saved me 15 minutes of frustration and a wrench falling on my forehead while maneuvering underneath the sink. But....it's installed and it works very nice. It is sturdy and has nice pressure with the spray feature. I wasn't expecting this good of quality because the price was low. Anything under $100 I am suspect of. But this appears to be a great deal so far.
