For 29 dollars and a year of service, not bad, but not great either.

Great product!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the nozzle and hose. I thought it would be plastic but it is very nice. Very easy to install. I had a wrench but didn’t even use it. Took me less than 10 minutes. Instructions were easy to use along with a diagram. Great product!!

Great, but not a great quality tool
Purchased this about a year ago and it’s been in service since. Like others have mentioned ours leaked badly after installation, luckily we had a plumber doing other work and he was able to “fix” the leak. I’ve read some state it was too strong, that can be controlled with the valve. However, recently the hand nozzle has started sticking. For 29 dollars and a year of service, not bad, but not great either.

This is a life changer. I don’t know why the whole world doesn’t use these.
Never going back to TP. This is awesome. I was introduced to this in Dubai last year. Super easy to install. Seems like high quality materials. I’ve been using it for about six months with no issues.

Works fine, but pressure is too high!
Installation is straight forward and easy. I don't know why some people complain about mismatching threading, but mine fits like a glove. My only complaint is that the pressure builds up and on first release, it sprays pretty forcefully. (They could have used a higher quality, harder rubber hose to prevent such pressure build-up). After you hold it down, then the pressure is at whatever water level you set at the on/off switch. They recommend setting source to off when not in use as to not leave the hose pressurized thereby giving the rubber hose inside a longer life. Makes sense to me.

Don't buy it. It has poor quality rubber tube inside which leaks after sometime of use..
Don't buy this product. After a few months of use, it got leaked in night and flooded bathroom and some water went up to room under carpet which created a mess. It has poor quality rubber tube inside which gets leaked after sometime of use.

Good product but need better operating mechanism
Good product quality. Good price to buy. Only thing that I don't like is need to apply good pressure to use and once lever pressed, water splashes all over the place. The operating machanism should be more softer to use than the current one.
