An excellent book ruined by extremely poor translating

Suparna Ghosh, the translator for this book, did a terrible job at translating this novel. While Gora is one of Tagore's greatest books, it was unfortunately ruined by sub-par translation. The translation makes no sense and honestly, Google Translate could do a much better job.Very disappointing and borderline disrespectful to the author. Refunded!
