Worked Great for Finding My Pool Leak
I was very impressed with this fluorescent dye. The green color was easy to see throughout my inground pool, and I was able to locate the leak almost immediately after adding it. The dye spreads well, and a little goes a long way, so the gallon size should last for multiple uses. If you're trying to track down a pool leak, this product makes the process much easier and more effective.

Let you know real quick if you have a leak
Worked perfect just like it said it wouldn’t do unfortunately I was happy to use it on a new build. They didn’t seal one end of the septic tank. They couldn’t deny now although they tried but the bright green on the ground just proved.

An oddball but extremely useful product when you need it
I bought this dye to literally trace water flow. I have an older house that has a concreted-in drain tile under the basement floor dating from the house's construction. I wanted to determine if water pumped into the drain would make its way into a newer drain and sump system that now carries water. I poured 1 pint (probably WAY overkill) of green dye into a hole drilled into the drain through the floor; and then shot a garden hose stream down the hole. After about 15 minutes we saw green swirls of dye in the sump pit, so HURRAY we had a connection. I saw green dyed water in the yard at the sump outlet for several days afterward. We found the dye does glow under UV when extremely dilute in water well before white light reveals the dye. This stuff is very strong/concentrated and I can believe that it works well in Halloween vomit projects. :) It seems strong enough to trace small streams and sewer leaks. A crude but effective tool.

perfect for puking skeltons!
Got this for a puking skeleton Halloween decoration, and it worked amazing! Brighter and longer-lasting than the expensive dye I used before, and I still have half left for next year. Highly recommend!

Great for tracing a line
Didn't have to use a lot. I poured maybe a cup in the drain. We were trying to determine where a basement drain came out at. This stuff worked like a charm. It did flow onto concrete and didn't stain or leave any color.

Works - glows well!
Works well. We didn’t need the entire gallon. Just a couple of cups full into the hot tub makes the water glow a very bright fluorescent green. Without UV light it looks like the color of antifreeze. Gave the remaining amount still in the jug to the spa repair guy so he can use it on future repair jobs.

Great for Halloween
I bought this product for a Halloween project. Although not the intended use. It’s perfect! And I only needed less than a cup to turn the entire pond water bright green. Glows great under Uv light too. Bonus - it did help me locate a leak in my pond I didn’t know I had!
