Very effective homeopathic
This Arnica works very well for muscle aches. Since it’s natural, it’s not as quick as ibuprofen, for example, but it is very effective as a homeopathic. I would choose this over standard medicine for mild to moderate muscle pain. No side effects.

Not Saying This Definitely Works But . . .
The proper ritual for taking homeopathic remedies is to dissolve a couple (only a couple!) of the little pills under your tongue every so often, and to get the pills there without ever handling them. The ritual is important because homeopathics probably work largely or entirely via the placebo effect. The packaging on this homeopathic remedy is designed to make sure you can do the ritual properly. Once you have the tube opened, you can tap it upside down on a hard surface and the pills will fall into the cap -- only one of two of them. That's exactly what you want. You can use the cap to toss the pills under your tongue, without touching them with your fingers. Perfect. Ritual properly executed. Now the task is to get yourself to really believe that this ritual works. I sort of do believe. Tinkerbell lives.

Healthy alternative for muscles pain, stiffness and soreness of body overall
As a Certified Ayurvedic Health Consultant, I bought Boiron Arnica Montana 1M for a dialysis patient with muscle stiffness and fatigue. After just 3 pellets nightly, they felt a big improvement.
