I've been taking these teapills for many years.. They were originally prescribed by a Chinese doctor/acupuncturist. While I don't think they would work for major depression, they have really helped me with my milder form. I know this for a fact since for a month, I accidentally took some similar looking pills that my wife takes for something else. I couldn't understand why I felt like I was in a funk until I realized that I had been taking the wrong pills for a month. Due to the nature of traditional Chinese medicine, it's hard to say if these would help others with depression that has a different root cause than mine. All I know is that they really work for me. The price is reasonable when purchased in the large bottle.

If you're a woman with endometriosis, you need this formula. This is my second month of ZERO cramps! I was on BCPs for painful periods but hated the side effects. I went for a Chinese Medicine consultation and they gave me a tea based on this same formula. The tea was inconvenient and more expensive so I decided to try these pills. They are tiny, like BBs, and very easy to swallow. I take 8 two or three times a day before eating. You're not supposed to take them during menstruation. I haven't had any side effects and I am so happy to have bought these! They last a long time and are a good value.

I have psoriasis, which started after a traumatic injury, and that flares up every time period comes. This herbal pill eases, not only the symptoms of before/beginning of period, but also keep calm the psoriasis. I can’t live it without now. Although I take 50% increased amount at every 8 hours due to the psoriasis symptoms, I don’t have any side affects so far during the last 5 months. My male friend said it makes him sleepy/tired but it isn’t the case for me. I’m hoping that since psoriasis symptom are calming, I can reduce the amount very soon.

These were actually helpful for a while and yes you can feel your body slow itself a little bit over time..Early on you may feel a bit “loopy” but they were helpful for a stint. Just not enough long term research on them.
