They work!
These fit my 04 Titan just fine. No instructions included though. Installed this with a new spring kit... After proper adjustments (found online) these work great. Burned in by driving with the parking brake on for 20-30 seconds at 25mph. Now they are rock solid!

Perfect fit.
Perfect fit. They feel very well built in handling them to install. They are NOT easy to install, but that is not the fault of the shoes. It is due to the design of the "car", with these shoes being placed behind the hub flange.

Nothing wrong with the product. It fits great. But the design of the parking brake set up is ridiculously hard to work on. Be sure to watch a couple of you tube videos on how to do it and notice the breaks in the video when trying to put everything back together. I'm sure they edited out the numerous attempts it takes to finally put this set up back together. Oh and if you don't have the right tools (needle nose vice grips for one) save your self a lot of aggravation and busted knuckles and go to a brake shop.
