Pure light, modern design, quality hardware
it highlights colors and brings life back to this dark art. Light is pure and bright and color temp can be modulated from cool to warm. It was easy to install and I set it up to light up every day for a 3-hr period. I have to charge the battery once a week. Remote unpaired once but I got the steps to pair it back next day after publishing the question.

Defective Product without standard manual - fishy.
The product which was a $300.00 lamp manufactured by MethodLighting came in the manufacturer packaging, but did not contain the standard manual included by the manufacturer. I discovered this when the lamp did not work, and contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer's first question was "Where did you buy it?" My guess is that this was a some gray market product that had already been returned as defective by a prior user. Hence the missing manual.

Doesn’t hold charge!! But had a good customer service on the return.
Bought it... installed it. It won’t hold a charge. Returning it.Update- the customer service department refunded my money without any issues. I just got a dud that I believe was few and far between.

Just okay
The light head is more noticeable than I expected and the beam is pretty narrow and it does not go as wide as advertised. Works better for a long and narrow print than it does for a wide print.

Good Quality
Received this light last week - very good quality and appearance. I am sad to say that I was not able to use the light because my picture frame is an odd shape and the battery pack could not be attached. Love the idea of the rechargeable battery but it just did not work for me.

Way to big and not attractive at all. Returned it without even taking it out of packaging.

Bright, compact, easy to install
This is a great light. Very professional. Much better than a bar type LED I tried for the same price. I returned it when I discovered they were using a box of D cell batteries for the power source. This uses a thin rechargeable battery that easily attaches to the frame. Love it.

High quality and complements art very well.
I own a couple of their products which I use in different situations. Very high quality. I love my art and take pride in displaying it. This light is perfect for my special display use. I highly recommend this product.
