Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the reviews on Amazon, and so, instead of paying the full price, I bought a used but great condition ones. Little did I know that they would sound amazing! I can't hear any outside noise when I have them on, and the quality impressed me. Honestly, I would have paid the full price for these if I knew they were that good. They do get a bit tangled from time to time, but they're really easy to get untangled. Honestly, so far, a flawless set of earbuds, and I hope they can last me a while.

Nice packaging, but the product itself is low quality. When plugged in every time I move the cable I can hear it through the earbuds. The mic is way too sensitive and picks up the slightest movement. I can deal with that, but what made me return these is that every so often (daily!), the volume would just shoot up to the max. The controls on the wire are very unresponsive when this happens so you end up yanking the earbuds to save your hearing. Don't be fooled by the good packaging, marketing presentation, and beware of the glowing suspicious reviews.

They happen to not work well with my hearing aids.

I got these as a gift, but I chose them specifically because they were in the cheaper range with a volume control plus mic remote. My current earphones only let me hear out of one ear and don't ave volume control, and I wanted my new ones to have the volume control. I was so excited to use these while walking my dog. But then I tried using the volume control. Every time I hit the + button it would lower the volume, then I tried hitting the - button to lower the volume and would lower it multiple times. I could never get it to raise the volume at all! And then after two uses I couldn't use either volume button at all. The middle button to skip, pause, or go back to a previous button is wonky too. It works when it wants to work, which is usually not. I just tried using them on a phone call with someone and they said they can't hear me either. I put the mic right up to my mouth to test it and the mic will go on and off randomly. I think the problem is that these earphone's remote is very sensitive to static and the static makes it work on and off randomly, which is no bueno. Really disappointed in this because otherwise the sound wasn't bad. The only good part is that I can hear out of both ears with it, but honestly, I'd rather just use my broken ear phones since the remote isn't a pain to use and I know the mic will work.

No bass whatsoever! Sound like $5 head phones from the dollar store. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Is anyone else having trouble with using the microphone with these earbuds on a 2018 macboook air?

The sound quality is rubbish and the noise cancellation is practically non-existent.
