And I can very happily say that the purpose for which I purchased this equipment has been achieved. I have been suffering from Knee pain for a years. After researching on internet, I SonicTens unit and thought this might be useful for my condition. Hence took a leap of faith and purchased this equipment. Initial couple of days I did not feel any improvements. But after one week of use (two times each day), I found that my knee pain was reduced. More importantly, my knee muscles were very stiff and after taking therapy with this unit my muscles are more flexible. I can take walk without worrying for pain now. I had neck pain (Non chronic) few days back and I used this equipment for couple of session (10 mins each) and the pain was gone. Usage: As advised by customer support I used SonicTens equipment on my knee - First couple of weeks 10 mins two sessions each day. - One week 10 mins one session each day. - Now I use this therapy for once a week 10 mins session. Pre-sales Support: While I was doing research for SonicTens unit, I had few questions. I engaged into the customer support chat on their website and the person on the chat was more than willing to answer all my questions and he patiently answered all the questions. Post-Sales Support: After I got the SonicTens unit, I was trying to use the equipment but it was not getting started. I pinged customer support on the chat. The person asked for my mobile number and called me directly and helped me with my query. And the customer support followed up after few days to check if I had any questions and if the equipment was working fine. Excellent customer support! Overall I am very happy with the purchase of SonicTens and would highly recommend this product.

Main device is made of High quality Plastic with dual tone glossy finish. * Its equipped with High quality metal electrode transmitting ultrasound. 3. Complete control panel is equipped on the top and has proper labeling along with LED indicators. 4. Tens pad is detachable and reusable (upto 40 sessions-as per manual) 5. All the cables are sufficiently long to be easily maneuverable. 6. Comes with Ultracool Pack, which can be freezed and be used as ice-pack(reusable). 7. Finally its quite light in weight. FEATURES : ------------ 1. Firstly it can be used directly without Tens pad or with Tens pad. * Its More effective with Tens pad. 2. It can be used for instant pain relief or as a prolong therapy assistant. 3. Finally, it comes with 1 Year warranty. My Experience : ----------------- As mentioned above, I bought it for my Dad's chronic back pain which he's having since couple of months. I have being using it daily once a day as a combination therapy on him in H- mode & 15 mins time period with upto 10-12 Stim. levels and applying Ultracool pack at end of the session. After 6th day, he's experiencing significant relief in his pain, according to him approx. 30-50% relief compared to when started. Note that he's not on any medication for pain relief since last 2 weeks, its this device alone. So far its going great, much better than my expectations. Apart from him, I used it on couple of other members for minor pain reliefs and it seems to be working like charm. I personally tested it on my lower hips, as I have had intense pain because of having slept on the rough floor overnight at a party. I tried it on L- mode, for 15 mins with Tens pad and noticed instant relief in the pain though not completely. I used it again on the same day with same settings and rested the whole day. Next day I was almost recovered. With normal pain killer and rest, it would have certainly taken least 2-3 days for recovery, which was cut down to 1 day by this device. So yeah, I do believe it works well. Also I dwell from sports background ( National Air Rifle shooter ). In which many hips, lower body & back injuries occur, so I am looking forward to this device for instant relief. I will update regarding my Dad's condition and my personal usage after few weeks, as a long term feedback. CONS : ------- None noted so far. But I will update if any issue arises. Tens intensity can be adjusted at any time during the procedure as per requirements which is very useful. This is small magical device if you are in pain as per my experience, moreover, product made in india🇮🇳. You can avoid frequent visits to physiotherapy during the covid time.
