A: I have no idea, my wife says not ... But if you have that sort of problem, maybe you should seek a medical opinion ?

A: there is nothing on the container to suggest it can be refilled. It is so inexpensive, it is worth buying another dispenser. Wonderful product.

**Q: the pump mechanism has stopped working and the tub is half full. any ideas why this is?**
A: With all natural pumps, air may have become trapped in the pump.Please try shaking vigorously and try again - you may have to repeat this process.

**Q: Is this a genuine product? The price seems too good to be true**
A: it certanly is genuine.  We use it twice daily as a face moisturiser.  Not too thick and not too thin that it disappears quickly.   Its very good
