My hair has been thinning since I turned 65 a couple of years ago. I have curly hair, but it's fine, and I used to have a lot of it. After only two uses of this excellent shampoo and conditioner, I've noticed that my hair seems fuller and it's shiny and soft! I'm completely blown away by this! I will definitely, most definitely, purchase this product again! I love the light sandalwood/rosemary scent (I add six drops of rosemary extract to both the shampoo and conditioner, so it smells even better, and I think that it works better, too!) It lathers beautifully and rinses out easily. The conditioner is not too thick, but it works like a charm, leaving my hair soft and shiny. I 100% highly recommend this excellent product!

Okay, so...I bought this without having any high expectations about it because my hair loss is a combination of genetics and an autoimmune disease that causes hair loss. So, despite all of the positive reviews, I actually didn't expect it to work for me. Boy was I wrong!!! It's only been two months of use and already my hair is fuller and falls out a lot less! My hair loss was really bad and it was seriously starting to affect my self esteem because as a woman we're "supposed" to have long, thick beautiful hair (stupid societal beauty standards, but nevertheless) and I just didn't. My hair was so thin, I had seriously considered shaving my head and just wearing wigs, I had even already bought a few wigs. I had also already bought some minoxidil, in case I chickened out on shaving my head. But I was worried about the risks of negative symptoms from using minoxidil, so I never started using it. Now it seems like I won't need the wigs or the minoxidil thanks to this shampoo and conditioner. At first I only bought the shampoo, and it seemed to stop the excessive hair fall, but it also made my hair VERY dry. So the second time I bought it, I got the shampoo and the conditioner and I'm so glad I did! The combination of the two led to a normal amount of hair fall, increased hair growth, and the conditioner moisturizes my hair and has actually helped my curls. It has been amazing! Now, my hair isn't as thick as it was before it started falling out, but these products have made a NOTICEABLE improvement in my excessive hair shedding and my hair thickness. When I say my hair loss was upsetting, I mean it was very emotionally and mentally distressing for me and completely rocked my self esteem. This shampoo and conditioner has genuinely helped my hair loss and my self esteem. I don't have before and after pictures because I really didn't think it would work, but I really wish I would have taken some. If you're on the fence and you're suffering from hair loss, just take a chance and give it a try. I'd give it, at the least, 2 months before you start to see actual results, but if it doesn't happen that fast, maybe give it a little longer. I can tell you, honestly, I will not be switching to a different shampoo and conditioner anytime soon. I have a pretty good feeling that with continued use, my hair will only continue to thicken back up.

Admittedly my first order arrived leaky, but I'm not holding it against this product because it's WONDERFUL. Okay, the scent of Rosemary is a huge plus for me, and it is very strong, but that being said, the scent doesn't last, like at all, after rinsing. I've been a Cosmetologist for over twenty years, and can be something of a product snob when it comes to hair care, but this stuff impressed me. Not for any growth properties, which it may or may not enhance, it's too soon to tell if there is any positive impact; but for its absolute lack of scalp irritation. Wow. My scalp had been itching for over a decade (thanks chemical process induced dermatitis!) and I have tried simply every dang product out there, and this, ladies and gentlemen, worked. I don't know if it will be a permanent resolution to the issue, but for right now? The relief is a miracle. My only negatives? It's not really moisturizing, but as it's not really over drying either- I can deal with it... and the price point is really a bit high for the size, don't let the pictures here fool you- go look at the same size package (in ounces) at your local store and you'll see what I'm saying. Don't get me wrong, I'm still going to buy it until my scalp decides to hate it, because the relief is palpable. My hair is shiny, doesn't seem to be experiencing breakage or frizzy ends, and gets nicely clean. The conditioner- if you're interested, doesn't seem to be acidic enough to really seal the hair cuticle as much as I'd like, but seriously that's not a deal breaker. Will definitely buy again, and again.

This is my 3rd time purchasing this duo because they are so awesome! I lost- well had to shave my head a couple years ago from chemo hair loss. As it grew back I wanted to make sure it would not thin because my hair is fine and thin anyway from having dreadlocks for 10 years about 25 years ago. It hasn’t thinned yet and I've been using this for over a year now. The scent is fantastic and I’ve been complemented a bunch on how good my hair smells when someone hugs me. Highly recommend and great price!

This product honestly works amazingly well. I have had children which thinned my once ridiculously thick hair. I keep my hair short as it suits my busy on the go lifestyle and I, if no one else, could see a huge difference in my hair's body and thickness these last few years. I tried this shampoo/conditioner to see if it could help with that. I can in all honesty say I saw a difference in body and volume after 1 wash. I wash my hair every 2-4 days depending on heat/sweat/outside dust/etc so there are a few days between using any products. After the 2nd wash people were commenting on how shiny, full, longer my hair was. By 3rd wash I could tell a difference in my scalp, less oil after day 2, my hair kept its volume/shine. So actual effectiveness of product gets a full 5++ stars. I mean wow, it works. What I could not get past and ultimately made this product not work for me was the scent. It is supposed to have a light sandalwood scent, which it does in the bottle. I like the light sandalwood scents. On my 1st was I could smell the scent but it was not overpowering. The 2nd wash I noticed the scent was decidedly stronger. I didn't love how strong it was but I could ignore it. Then it got really hot in my part of the US, hot and humid. On the 4th of July we were at a cookout and I kept smelling an overpowering scent. I kept thinking someone had on a really strong lotion or had a not citronella candle burning for the mosquitos. Then I realized it was my hair. I got hot and like any scent, lotions/perfumes, it comes out twice as strong when your body gets heated. I had a headache and was nauseated by the smell by the end of the evening. I knew then that this product was not going to work for me. I washed my hair the night of the 4th of July, the next night and again the next night but the smell remained very strong everytime I was outside that weekend. I smelled like I was walking around with a burning stick of incense all weekend. So this product is very very effective from the little I used it. But it should be used by people who love very strong, heavy sandalwood scents.

I received this (overnight my surprise), to deal with the loss of hair i am experiencing. I've only used it twice so far & my hair already feels & looks different, a thicker, healthier volume. I used Pantene for years but even though my hair is shiny & healthy, the hair loss is excessive. It is too early to tell if this shampoo & conditioner will stop the loss but i believe the biotin will help. However, i now believe it is due to DHT which strangles & kills the hair follicles, a very common problem for men (i'm female), & why they thin or go bald. I may have to incorporate other methods which i am currently investigating. It all stems from lack of blood circulation, to the scalp, period.

This rosemary and biotin set feels gentle on the scalp and leaves my facial hair clean without stripping it. The formula is lightweight, adds a bit of volume, and I like that it’s sulfate‑ and silicone‑free. I ended up switching to a different brand to compare results over time, but this one made a good first impression and has solid ingredients.

I only just started using this biotin shampoo so I cannot comment on effectiveness. The smell is subtle, herbal and pleasant. A little goes a long way, need to leave on for 2-3 minutes. Conditioner is also nice, needs to stay on for 2 min as well. Overall I am happy with this shampoo and hope that I will see results as I continue to use it.
