Excellent product, good price. Other similar products I have tried have a sickly sweet synthetic flavour, more expensive and seemingly less effective. Nice taste that isn't overpowering or very sweet. Good consistency when mixed (I don't mix it very well or shake that much and the few clumps I get aren't at all off-putting) Despite the calories and well rounded ingredients I wouldn't think of this as a replacement and am pleased to see that it isn't marketed as such. Rather, if you are training or just generally busy with stuff this feels like an additional surplus/boost to improve your growth and overall health. I am not a big fan of protein powders, meal replacements, pre-workout etc and this feels like it sits somewhere nicely inbeteeen those. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that wants a well rounded powder to supplement their diet.

Surprisingly ok in taste. It mixes well if you mix in advance and let it settle and keep shaking. Best point is I went from underweight to normal in a week. 6lbs gained or 2.7ish kg to other people. Amazing results, I have two flavours and both ok. No michelin stars in the offing, but perfectly palatable. Hate the oversized black plastic containers though, not recyclable take up a huge amount of space.

It's effective but it's not magic. You have to be consistent with it. I added extra weight which I wanted, after a few weeks. Prompt delivery. Well sealed. The protein quality is good. I mix mine with milk. It doesn't upset my tummy. It has a good taste. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 star is the packaging.

Taste good & was surprisingly easy to digest, but i was only taking 2 scoops max a day and not at once. The recommended dose was a massive 5 heaping scoops!? Having only two scoops a day this only lasted me 20 days so really its not that good value for money. If i would of had 5 scoops as recommended its really not good value, but the ingredient list is good, but just not enough of it per scoop.

Don't buy this, it tastes disgusting and there is no way there's 1000 calories per shake. Tastes like sucking watery plastic through a strawberry. I've used many weight gain powders over the years and a 1000 calorie shake is usually hard to drink due to its thickness, this is hard to drink because it's disgusting. I think this is being sold with misleading info. Personally I doubt I'll even bother to finish it. Also the tubs only half full which in hindsight I'm happy about as it's awful Avoid

This stuff works wonders! I've always been underweight and I've always struggled to put on weight and maintain it, but since I've been using this I've managed to do both! I feel so much more confident in myself too. It's just brilliant and I'd recommend it to anyone who has the same problem as myself. You get so much for your money, and it tastes amazing. I always get the strawberry flavour (it actually says strawberries and cream on the packaging)

I’m a hard gainer and I lift heavy so need calories. This shake is excellent. It tastes very good with water and even better with milk. The recommended volume of powder is crazy so I just have 3.5 scoops in a normal shake cup and it tastes fine. Great mix of nutrients and despite being whey based (I have been on vegan shakes for a year) it gave me no stomach problems. In fact it’s easier to digest than the vegan gainer I was on before. £40 for 5kg is a good deal. Highly recommended.
