How do I exchange for another size?

Look at your profile and find the order option. Find your order and click on return or exchange, find the option for exchange and take it from there. Just don't forget to return the pair you want to send back. The same order option will give you options on how to return the unwanted pair. I hope that this helps.

Soy 26 cm en mexico, que talla podría pedir para mujer? Ya que veo que vienen las tallas diferentes y no se cual pedir

Yo soy talla 3 mexicano o 6 americano y la pedí de mi Misma talla y si me quedaron bien

And are you supposed to feel the pressure point dots on your feet or are they flat?

They aren't flat but they aren't very prominent. I also believe that a person with calluses will not feel them. I personally feel them a little on my toes, which doesn't bother me, but not on the soles or heels of my feet. So whatever opinion you read remember that it's subjective and depends on the level of sensitivity as well as condition of the person's feet. Since Amazon allows free returns, perhaps you might decide to try them or use the option of try them before you buy them if it's offered. I hope that I was able to help a bit.

Run small or big? Im confused. Read reviews and people say both?

I find that they run big , I would have ordered a size down but as you can see the grey from a different seller run perfect size . I’m not sure if it is just because they are a different model .
