I initially loved this bag but after a few months of little use the blue material on the side of the handles started peeling off and looks very unsightly. I emailed the seller direct and sent them photos. They were initially responsive but, when I asked for a replacement (in the hope that it was a one off fault) they stopped communicating. Not happy!
