The battery worked fine of my Toshiba. But then it stopped working just like the OEM battery. The problem was not with the battery, but with the laptop. To this day, it just remains plugged into the way wasting electricity. Not the battery fault, just the cheap poorly made laptop is the issue.

Battery holds charge for a week. Easy to install. Works wonderfully in my Dell. Great replacement, without paying out the nose. Works for me.

Upon installing the battery, I checked its 'health' in Windows to find that brand new it was reported as only having 90% life (rather than 100%). It arrived August 27, 2023 and now, early February 2024, not even 6 months later, my laptop reported a 'critical battery' error that even prevented the laptop from finishing booting. The laptop works under power with the battery removed so it's not the laptop, but I expected to get at least a couple years of use from the battery rather than under half a year. I'm trying to contact the seller, but I am getting caught in a loop with Amazon's AI Messaging Assistant. I hope the company reaches out to me to stand behind their product with a replacement. Update -- the company contacted me within 2 days of my review going up and provided a free replacement battery. Happy to see they are standing behind their product. Replacement was quick and hassle-free. Hoping the first one was a fluke.

My battery on a laptop went and I barely used this laptop. I knew I needed to to updates but battery kept putting me I to hibernation mode. Dell wanted to charge me 199.99 for extended warranty and 39.00 for them to just see what's wrong with my battery plus give me a refurbished one shall I needed one as well send this laptop in the mail. I decided to take a chance and order a battery here with the MY51K battery. I was nervous but it fit like a charm and worked. Very grateful. Only thing I regret is not ordering 2 just in case so I shall be ordering a second one. This saved me a lot of money.

I purchased this battery for my Dell Inspiration 5758 laptop because I could not update BIOS without a fully charged battery.. It was very easy to install but that is where the good news ended. I had the laptop plugged into AC power for a couple weeks without unplugging power. After a couple of weeks, I tried to bring my laptop up. I tried again and again and could no get past the screen saver. I thought tat the laptop was caput. My son suggested removing the battery. As soon as I removed the battery the laptop came right up. I left the battery out for a couple of weeks and then reinstalled it. Again this morning, I could not get past the screen saver. I removed the battery and the laptop worked just fine. I don't know if the battery overheats after prolonged charging but it seems that way. I don't have much reason to remove AC and use my laptop away from my desk. I assume that the battery may be overheating and fortunately I do not know if it can become a fire hazard.

Kept my aging laptop alive until at least the end of the semester. Extremely easy to install

My original battery was simply done. It's nice to have a quality battery again where I can "Unplug" for more than 15 minutes. In fact, it's been a couple of weeks now with regular use and the life has been over three hours before I plug back in and it's about 35% when I do. I don't like to drop it down too far as my own preference so as not to stress the battery or the computer charging system. So in a pinch I know I can last for half a business day, full on. One added note is that I tend to operate my laptop with the screen brightness reduced to about 80% to extend the battery life.

It lasted one year They were charging well until they died studently for no apparent reason. I bought another pack from another vendor, and the laptop works, I know it is not the laptop who is at fault
