Will this fit Glock 27 gen 2?

It should fit fine. You may need to adhere retention tension with a small 6 point driver

"In the unlikely event that our holster ceases to perform as promised under normal use, return it for replacement or a refund of your purchase price."

Will this accommodate for armalaser TR6 ?

No. Holsters are molded for specific brands & models of weapons. Any extra added-on equipment will require you contacting the company with specific information about the extra, non-standard equipment. Ask if they can make a holster for that variation.
