I'm not a doctor, nutritionist or health professional in any way shape or form, nor do I have the ability or expertise to examine the contents of this product. The only thing I know is that I've been using it for a long time and since I started my good cholesterol has gone up and remained stable ever since I started. My HDL has always been below normal or recommended levels until I started taking this product. No taste or nasty flavor or after taste so that's a plus too. The supplements are in a similar type of dissolving plastic commonly scene in pills, vitamins and supplements so if you're concerned about micro plastics you might want to be aware of that.

This is my third purchase. Bought for dry eyes not sure how much it helps but this is a good quality item.

Llevo bastante tiempo comprando este omega-3 y, sinceramente, se ha convertido en uno de esos productos que no quiero dejar de tomar. La calidad se nota desde el primer momento. Me gusta que no deja ese típico sabor a pescado ni repite durante el día, algo que sí me ha pasado con otras marcas. El sabor a limón ayuda mucho y las cápsulas son fáciles de tomar. Lo compro una y otra vez porque me ha dado muy buenos resultados y confío en la marca. Además, el envase siempre llega bien sellado y la calidad ha sido consistente en cada compra. Para mí ha valido completamente la pena y lo seguiré comprando. Lo recomiendo a quien busque un omega-3 de buena calidad.

Best fish oil. Lemon with the fish oil in the gel tabs means NO fishy taste and no fishy burps. This is my Go To Fish Oil.

The product seems old. All of the pills were glued together and every time I tried to separate, it made a smelly, oily mess that lingered on my hands for a day. This product does not seem like the same as what they sell- more fresh at the doctor’s office. I’ll be buying from them and not Amazon from now on.

Only fish oil tablet that doesn't taste like fish. Keep in cool location. Seems to work well.

Great supplement

We have purchased this item multiple times over the past few years. The last few orders have leaked for whatever reason. They arrive covered in oil and then clump together as it dissolves the gel caps. If you can get them apart the fishy taste will gag you, it is almost unbearable. Due to the price of the product we feel forced to finish the bottle, but it is by no means a pleasant experience.
