Our front yard was infested with Palmetto Bugs and Oriental Cockroaches. Im talking about some seriously chonky bois! We were reluctant to use any sprays because we were worried about accidentally exposing our dog to it when she goes to use the restroom. So glad I found these! They are self contained so no concerns about the dog getting exposed or tacking pesticides in the house. Best of all, we are on day 5 of putting these out and there is not a single roach in sight when we go outside at night. Before there were at least 3-4 scurrying around on the short walkway to our front door. I used two full boxes for our small 500 square foot yard, and I have 4 boxes in reserve. Roach eggs can take up to 2 months to hatch, so you will want at least a 3 month supply to really put a dent in the population. According to google, the active ingredient is Fipronil, which is toxic to birds. I suggest trying to be diligent about removing any dead insects to avoid any birds scooping them up as a snack.

We live in a subtropical climate . Roaches want to get out of the heat . These traps are great . put them under the sink and in kitchen cupboards , behind fridge . I saw one walking around like he had too many drinks after he entered the roach hotel ! Kinda like the hotel California . You can enter , but you can never leave ! I don’t like to spray bug spray around food products in the kitchen . These traps are very effective . I put them behind the fridge and in cabinets . I can’t put them where the dog can get them because she did take a chomp on one , because she thought it was a treat , I think . Overall , great !!

Works well. cheaper to get a multi-pack here on Amazon. We don't like spraying chemicals in the house, so we use these and then spray a band of insect control spray around the house. Keeps the Palmetto bugs at bay here in the sunny south. They do need to be replaced every 3-4 months. you can tell which ones are in high areas of bugs because they will eat through the paper label a bit. I tend to put more out in those areas when I see this. they also recommend putting them in corners or at least along wall, to make it more likely for critters to eat the bait.

I bought a pack of 4 and ended up only using abox. It stopped most of the cockroaches, but it may just be seasonality. For now, I can say these were effective
