Handy size, good for odd jobs that need that bit of heat. Good price, seems well made.

I purchased this for one specific piece (the stepped nozzle), for one particular task. I needed to replace the camera glass on the rear of my phone, but did not want to have to open the whole phone up. My standard heat gun is much too big and hot for a delicate job like this. However, this little heat gun was perfect. The first heat setting was hot, but not overly so that it would heat up the phone too much, it heats up quickly, and the nozzle was absolutely ideal to control the area of heat and concentrate it exactly where I needed it and nowhere else. I have only used it so far this once for about 2 mins, but it was perfect for the job, and saved me a fortune having to pay an 'expert'. To be honest, I wasn't expecting miracles at this price, but I am pleasantly surprised at how handy and good it is, a great addition to the toolbox, I work in the auto trade also, so looking forward to using it a lot more.

Great little heat gun , Its robust and feels as though it will last a good length of time . The stand and attachment is nice to have included . The twin heat setting is great . High to remove sticky labels and low for crafting use . Its gentle enough not to melt wax if you're careful

Ummed and aahed about which of the many different heat guns on Amazon before plumping for this one. Has a reassuring heft in the hand, heats up quickly and does a decent job. Only time will tell if it's durable - but would buy again based on current performance.

Bought this handy little heat gun for just one job which was to reshape a damaged car parcel shelf. To replace the shelf would have cost well over a hundred pounds, so to pay just sixteen quid for the gun and for it to do the job so well it's worth every penny. Easy to use, feels pretty robust in the hand and did what was needed. My only gripe is that if you use one handed whilst holding the thing you are working on, you can't reach the heat switch to turn it off.

Very powerful it being able to heat shrink small tubing in no time. Give its power it’s a good size to handle and isn’t too bulky. It’s well constructed and the built in heat standoff is great, but not so big you have to put it away every time.

Bought this for a number of different jobs. Used for - Fitting a surface mount Micro-USB socket to a circuit board using solder paste. - Freeing off rusted bleed plugs on brake callipers. - Freeing off Caravan motor-mover when replacing the roller bearing. - Removing rusted bolts on a car wheel-bearing. - Melting heat-shrinking on a cable repair and mobile phone charging leads. - Bending damaged bumper plastic. There is a metal attachment that helps focus the airflow into a smaller area, making this an easy way to direct heat to small jobs. The two heat settings give great control over the temperature applied. Its not too noisy in use and also has a fold-out stand. Brilliant tool for your workshop and well recommended.
