The World of the Happy Pear

I watch them on YouTube for plant based recipes and had to get both of their cookbooks which are both awesome and filled with yumminess. Thanks guys! (Dudes, lol) <---YouTube reference.

Absolutely love this cook book. It's presented beautifully and the lads enthusiasm for healthy eating shines through. I've loved all the recipes I've tried so far, as does my fiancee, which is no mean feat given the fact that we are both big meat eaters. The recipes are easy to follow and most of them don't require much prep time. I'm also doing the Healthy Heart online course provided by the Happy Pear, which has been super motivating. Highly recommend this cookbook for anyone who wants to eat more veg and wants inspiration for veg dishes ;)

There are some really good vegan recipes in the books. I tried a few and they came out pretty good considering I’m not a great cook. I would recommend this book!

Fantastic cook book! Love it. Glad I found the Happy Pear on youtube which led me here. Considering the international shipping cost, hard cover book, the final price was really good. Much cheaper than purchasing it elsewhere.

I absolutely love The Happy Pear. I wish there were more people making food the way their team does over in Greystones. Brilliant recipes from talented cooks, excellent advice about feeding your children healthy food, and great stories about how The Happy Pear came to be, along with the section on food idealism and the personal stories from The Happy Heart course. Way to go on a fantastic job!

Could not be happier to finally get this book. These guys are awesome, down to earth and produce some wonderful foods!!

I love the recipes and how easy and very flavorful they are! I watch there YouTube videos all of the time and love their banter and happiness!! There food is very healthy and really, really good! They make eating healthy very easy!!

Bought it thinking it was a vegan cookbook, so slightly disappointed but.... reading it there are some fabulous recipes and the ones with eggs I can easily veganise, and if meat eaters buy well that’s super cool 🌺

Really love all ofthe Happy Pear Books, very easy to follow recipes that really work. I have five kids, and as yet they have not grumbled about any of the many dishes Ive prepared from this book. The recipies are unfussy and practical, with little details that really boost the flaovour. You really get the feeling that the authors took time and care with the recipes development and the accessiblty of the ingredients. I habe tried a lot ofthe other 'vegan' books out there, Ella,Bosh etc. but none of them are as good as these.

A lifestyle book as well as a cookery book. Good quality with nice paper and beautiful colour photos. We are not vegetarians or vegans but my daughter and I have a dairy allergy so I am always looking out for new dairy free dishes. I love the recipes and it is really easy to adapt the recipes to include some meat if necessary Most ingredients are easily sourced and so far I've got away with leaving out the ones I can't get. I recommend this book to anyone who has a household with mixed dietary requirements.

One of my all time favourite cookbooks. Written with simple instructions and everything I have made turned out perfectly. My favourite recipe is the no- fry falafels which everyone loves. Very highly recommended cookbook.

I was given the first one of these books by an Irish friend who was not into veggie/healthy style food. I really liked it so much I bought the second one too and love it just as much. I'm a cookbook nut ... and I'm very happy with these.
