I’ve been using this adjustable aquarium heater for a while now, and it’s been working great. The temperature is easy to set, and it maintains a stable water temperature without constant adjustments. My fish have been much more active since installing it, which tells me the heater is doing its job well.The heater was simple to install, and the compact design doesn’t take up much space in the tank. It heats the water evenly and has been reliable so far.The only minor downside is that it takes a little time to reach the desired temperature initially, but once it does, it keeps the temperature consistent.Overall, this is a dependable and affordable aquarium heater that’s easy to use and performs exactly as expected. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable heater for their aquarium.

Got it fast and works like a charm northing too complicated keeps the fish tank at the correct temp.

Update: the HITOP team reached out to me immediately after writing this review, and offered a full refund for the broken product. They then reached out again to offer a brand new heater to replace the broken one. The team has been wonderful to work with, and they go the extra mile to help customers feel satisfied. I’m sure I got a faulty heater in the original package, as it was no fault of HITOP, but I so appreciate they made things right. The new heater works phenomenal.Original: After 9 years my original tank heater for my 10 gallon kicked the bucket. As I was going to redo my tank anyways, I ordered this heater but used two 5 gallon rated heaters for the mean time. Those two were able to keep the tank at a consistent 78° while the room is usually 68-69. Unfortunately I think I got a faulty heater as the light turns red but the heater itself is never warm, and my tank is getting colder.

So far so good with this heater. This is a first having a tank heather for my son's dwarf frog. I dont know what other heaters are like, but it was simple to install and instructions were clear and easy to follow. It is mostly quiet, but on occasion it has a crackle-like sound that does not seem to be associated with when it is warming up or sensing ( aka it is fairly random). That is slightly annoying to me, since its louder than the pump even, but it is not all the time and not loud enough to keep anyone awake (in a bedroom). I wish it was a little smaller for our 10 gal tank, but its really not bad. Seems to be fine and keeps water temp steady, albeit one above the level i set it to ( so maybe i misunderstood the temp setting).

Easy to adjust, keeps tank at set temp, easy to use, no noise, great quality, very efficient in keeping tank warm, perfect size and fit for my aquarium
