Using a break maker for first time. This was on offer thus I picked it. Overall good value for money. I have been using it almost for a month and forgot when I bought bread last time. Breads come out high quality, and most important kids love it, so it is a winner in our home. It takes approx 3 hours to cook a large one. Be careful with the measurement and follow exactly what the book suggest. The delay timer feature took a bit time to understand. If for first time just don't to any setting and try the 1 pound/0.5 kg option default it come with, you don't need to fiddle with buttons just hit start. Which I did, video uploaded. There is minor misprints in books like in Jam, but nothing you cannot catch. The book for ingredients is a life saver. The have also provided measuring cups and spoon. Follow it exactly and you won't go wrong. Do clean the kneader attachment everytime (rinse is ok) after taking out bread, to ensure they are smooth to work and take out, as dough may stick to it. Looks are great, stainless steel. But it is not too heavy, so we keep it in closet and take out almost every night for a making a fresh bread which is ready in the morning for kids and school lunch.

Decent bread maker, especially for beginners. Instructions were clear. The best part of this product is the customer service, in my opinion. I had an issue with the original bread maker that I ordered. I emailed product support, they got back to me within 24 hours, had me send a video of the issue to verify, and sent me a replacement almost immediately. You almost never deal with customer service this excellent anymore. Top notch!

First the bread machine came in on time and in perfect condition. We made a loaf and it turned out perfectly. We made jelly and the recipe says to add a cup of salt. Really? We added sugar instead. One cup of sugar would be a blood pressure nightmare and to horrible to taste. It is easy to clean and it mixes the ingredients perfectly. We did use powdered milk and not fresh but the taste was the same to us.

It is over a month, still haven't received my refund yet; I returned this bread Maker on December 20, 2025, it is January 20, 2026. I was told that the refund couldn't be processed. The reason to return is that the program numbers in LCD display window are FRACTURED after 3 time use, the program numbers can't be shown completely on the display window, I can't tell which program is on. Also it is so weird wrong spelling on the box and on the top of the bread maker; Basic is spelled Baisc; Yogurt is spelled YOURGURT. Is it a real bread maker machine company?

I have been using this for over a week and I absolutely love this. We have used it multiple times and find it extremely easy to use. Just dump ingredients in set order into the loaf container and hit start…just that easy. The bread comes out perfect.

It is quiet. My 3rd bread maker that makes horizontal loaves which is my choice of shape. I have made Italian, honey wheat, white, oatmeal & pizza dough and all were incredible. On a regular week I make 3-5 loaves of bread & put in plastic bags purchased from AMAZON & give at least 2-4 to my staff for my appreciation. They are nurses & nursing assistants & appreciate something different and sometimes I will also include a jar of strawberry jam.

I thought it was a little hard to use. Buttons to do what the instructions said they would do when I was trying it. I put the bread maker in the box that it came in, but I forgot to put it in the manufacturer box. I have it if you want me to send it to you as well. Please let me know.

*editing to add* I decided to remove a star down to four really I think it's more like a 3.5 stars because there is actually no gluten-free option button and the quick option is too short. Also, there is no custom option on the machine at all. So I had to use the sweet loaf and it did an okay job But this machine would have definitely been perfect if it had a custom option or at least the ability to adjust the times. *First review with regular bread recipe* I made my first Loaf the other night And it was so good! It was easy to use, easy to clean and the bread taste amazing. I can't wait to try out the other settings. I grabbed a recipe online for Gluten-free I'll be trying that next and then update my review.
