Pure Green Coffee Capsules | 21,000mg per Serving | 90 Capsules

I’ve been taking these tablets for a few months now. It states you can take one up to 3x a day but I don’t generally have more than one. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach with a powder NALT supplement (way more effective than NALT pills. NALT is an amino acid which gives more energy and better mood). I often take it with l theanine too for an alert but relaxed state. It doesn’t make me anxious or jittery but I once took 3 in a day, flew around the neighbourhood in my crutches, and couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours that night hence why I generally stick to 1 a day. As well as being good for energy levels and concentration, green coffee bean pills also really help to keep hunger at bay and yourself from raiding the fridge between meals. I take it on waking on an empty stomach and also drink a cup of coffee. Excellent - I wouldn’t be without them now :-)

Think a bit expensive but saying that the tablets give u a new life i have them at work helps with food craving and give u the energy u need at times hard to say but have lost weight but that helps with exercise and healthy eating these tablets halp me from havering craving for fizzy drinks and junk food and must off all just need that will power to help us eat healthy and drink water these tablets help u in that journey

I don't usually write reviews BUT thought this was what it said it will do. It did NOTHING for me despite I religiously consumed it. Total waste of my TIME, MONEY and EFFORT. I do NOT recommend it at ALL for it's a waste of MONEY.

100% satisfecha, funcionan perfectamente, me duran 45 días un bote ya que tomo 1 antes del desayuno y 1 antes de la comida, al tener cafeína suprimo la pastilla de la cena.. es igual de efectivo, te sacia en cada comida e incluso te frena las ganas de comer entre horas. En un mes he bajado 5 kilos, y estoy muy contenta, he comprado 4 botes para 6 meses. Recomiendo sin dudarlo, hace años las tomo. Sobre el sabor, la tragas, no es un caramelo para saborear!!
