The best raclette cheese you can get outside of Switzerland
I'm Swiss and since I've lived in London, I've been buying the Emmi Raclette cheese. It tastes exactly they way Raclette cheese should taste!

Just the best….
….cheese for grilling. Traditionally cheese used with a raclette but also makes great grilled cheese on toast and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Fast but bland and rubbery
The same day delivery got me out of a pinch, but this Swiss raclette cheese is a bit bland and it doesn't melt as well - it melts into a bit of a rubbery consistency.

Fine for what it is
It's fine for what it is, but not my favourite raclette cheese. I prefer a more punchy flavour profile. Please bear in mind that I am from the French Alps!
