Make nice stews
This is handy, i dont use all the time but is great when i do. i have made.. *cabbage soup with mince meat *beef stew *other type casseroles Is easy to set up Clean Quiet Many cook settings (you dont have to cook for 5 hours on slow cook you can add meat settings in stew for 40 mins!) Easy to clean/pack away *****note it took me four weeks to find out how to switch it on (was not clear on manuel or YouTube!). You have to plug in, select your cook setting ie stew..Select 20mins or 40 mins or slow cook then press the ON button..you will hear a quiet bubbling up There is the pressure steam release at the top of the lid you can pull this up to let steam out before opening the lid as it does get hot!!! my beef in stew came out lovely cooked and tender and with all my flavours and potatoes in their Still looking good. This comes in handy on long winter nights or when you dont have to spend hours standing over a hot oven!! Well its worth a buy..i got a good price here on black friday. But just make sure you have storage room it is medium sized so maybe check the measurements first before purchasing.

Why tefal why?
First of all, it is a good pressure cooker, it does the job nicely and it cook perfect food, the pot is nicely build. It does take a little time to heat up, and then enter the countdown mode, so if it say the recipe takes 9 minutes, it may take up to 15 minutes to finish the whole cooking process, it depends on the size of your cooking portion. It's fine, but just give you a heads up. It will save you time, I use it to cook Chinese soups, it usually takes me at least 2 hour using traditional way, and this tefal will only take around 50 minutes and the flavor is almost the same or even better sometime. But why tefal why? The steam water collection position just does not make any sense!!!??? When you open the lid, the steam water just won't flow into the collection cartridge, it is so annoying 😂😂 that's why I gave it a 4 star. It is not a major problem, but it just does not make any sense! Tefal always makes good product imo, I just don't understand the logic got this one. And one more thing, the closing of the lid is not a good experience either, it usually turned and I will not be able to close the lid directly, I have to turn and close every time. In my opinion, the German pool brand (HK) does a far better job in this sense. All in all, this is quite a good cooker, and I do recommend it. 👍 This is my second pressure cooker by the way.

Great Multi-cooker
This is a great product. We have owned a multi cooker before, but not one with a pressure cooker function. It's a wonderful revelation. This one doesn't have a yoghurt or jam making setting, so if you're looking for that, you'll need to look elsewhere. In terms of cleaning, it is easy enough - the pan is nonstick as is the inside of the cooker, however, if you inadvertantly put the ingredients of you meal into the cooker withough the pan and pour your liquid in on top of it, you get a horrible mess that is a pain to clean up. The base of the cooker is not sealed and the liquid will run through onto work surfaces taking your ingredients with it. (Can you see what I did?). I was able to remove the base and clean around the inside and electrics somewhat, but it was fiddly. That said the electronis seem to have been designed with the possibility of this misshap in mind, and were protected from the mess I had made. After cleaning and reassembly the cooker continues to work without any problems. Note to self: Remember to put the pan in BEFORE adding ingredients! A great product. I thoroughly recomend it.

The third one for me
I use a lot and they do not last forever unfortunately but last for at least three years. It is a third one and it is fantastick. I cannot understand people buying steamers, slow cookers when you can buy all this in one, plus pressure cooker plus saute and even bake although i dont use these functions. I like doing stews - goulash, coq au vin, and it works magic. Pressure cooker turns taughest cut if beef into a lovely broth and meat for salad or to go in soup. Saves energy because cooks faster. Irreplaceable.

A pressure Cooker and much much more - just buy one!
Found this while looking for a pressure cooker for my magnetic induction hob. The one I wanted was over a hundred pounds so I thought I'd take a punt on this (it had over 4000 positive reviews). A week on and I haven't done any main meal cooking on the hob because this thing is so efficient, convenient and a pleasure to use. As a pressure cooker it is large and reassuringly well built and fitted with solid safety features but in addition it will do basic things like maintain constant temperatures for scorch-free idiot-proof browning, sauteing, simmering etc. as well as baking and steaming And with its easy-to-use on/off timers I suspect it will prove to be quite life-changing - its a pressure cooker and oven with all the advantages of the old skool slow cooker. I'm struggling to think of negatives, but it certainly has one downside and that is that it is big. Imposingly big in fact - with a footprint similar to that of a medium-sized microwave oven. But its not heavy so if you've the space I would just say 'get one now'.

Top kitchen tool!
I love this device. I bought it mainly for its rice cooking function, yes i know there are cheaper options but i figured why not give it a go. So far I've made rice, curries, risottos, soup, cake, bread, stew and even cooked whole chickens in it. It’s got to be the most versatile and effective small counter top appliance i’ve ever used. It’s like a supercharged slow cooker and being able to prep a large part of the meal, stuff it in the machine and forget about it till it needs to be served, is a revelation. No more juggling times so that it’s all ready at the same time as the “keep warm” function adds massive flexibility. There has hardly been a day that it’s not been in use since i bought it. The internal pot is probably the best non stick surface i’ve ever experienced and cleaning it is a cinch. Even my technologically incompetent mother loves it. All you need in addition to this for all your daily cooking would be a toaster.
