Tastes like Nostalgia
I grew up eating these and they exactly as I remember them 20 years ago: perfectly cooked potatoes in a creamy cheesy sauce. My sons friend was over for dinner and was so obsessed with the potatoes he went home and told his mother I was a gourmet chef! This dish a crowd stopper for both kids and adults. I think the size is intended to be a side dish that feeds the whole family but I could eat this alone honestly.
