I have been an avid amateur cook for a decades. Starting about two years ago, I decided to up my game in sourdough bread baking. I like the shapes of.Boule and batard. Still, it’s nice to have a hoagie sandwich style shape. This product arrived on Sunday and I baked with it today! I am tickled with it. I found it easiest to put the dough in the mold and slide it onto my baking steel using a pizza peel. This is going to get lots of use. By the way, each of those mini loaves was 300 g of 70% hydration sourdough. Good luck with your baking.

Love using these for French dips

My bread came out perfect. I just bought another one. It is VERY flimsy as it’s silicone and there is no real supporting structure but I put it on a baking sheet with my loaf pan and that solved that. Other than that, it’s a good price and it’s super easy to clean.

I like to make all of my own breads ,rolls ,ect ..Great product they make nice looking hoagie rolls

Worked well. I've only used it once so far and my bread stuck to it a little but I think if I cooked it a little bit longer it wouldn't have. So, I think it's user error.
