Ultimate health guide, easy, practical!
This book is simple, yet life changing. It has changed my eating patterns and many habits. This is an ultimate book for any beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness geek. This are the basic things one must follow. Thanks to Subah di, Harshavardhan bhaiya and the whole satvic team for the efforts. Good changes take time but it's worth it. I loved this book.

Best read to achieve peak health
This book will help you reach your peak health. They tell you about habits that can help you reach your optimum performance & joy. The book has been nicely curated into various seven habits. Each chapter has an introduction, exercises, introspection material. This is a book where you can read, write, understand about Indian culture in a very easy manner. A lot of frequently asked questions have also been answered in the book and QR code of various recipe have also been added. It is a very interactive book with nicely drawn pictures for understanding each habit easily. If you are looking to transform your life and eating habits with really basic Indian diet, food that can be made at home, you are at the right place. Some of the content in the book is quite contradictory, like topics on milk, eggs, non-veg food. These topics are based on their experiences and not scientifically proven by doctors. Hence, it should not be confused as a way to follow life. As this is written by people with experience, and not professional doctors. Where they are getting stuck, like, shall we give milk to a children? They simply say please consult your doctor. Growing up, even they have had milk. Milk has sufficient benefits. Yet, some facts are based on their experiences and should not be referred to as a benchmark. Nevertheless, a good read.

I am 50 plus, and I feel that I am getting good life lessons
I have not completed the book yet, but starting to feel that I want to have it aside all the time for free time reading. Authors are experienced and these life lessons and changing the perspective of how you look at things and everything in life as the book points us to a certain direction to lead life better. Expecting a great success with more from Authors and I placed a pre order on this as I started seeing some forwards that make me think, how can these kids think like they have a ton of life experiences. This is a keeper.
