Makes riding more comfortable
This is exactly needed to raise my handle bar’s enough for a better ride. Feels well made but time will tell. Easy to install.

Sit up straight and enjoy the ride
I love this extender. First of all I wanted it because it is blue. Its metal construction and looks awesome on my bike. I read reviews where people had a hard time installing it. No problem for me though, and I am NOT technically inclined. It even comes with the tool you need to install it. I'd recommend it for taller people, or for those that don't want to be all hunched over Tour De France style. Great product and great price.

It does the job.
If you need to raise your bars about 3 inches, this is what you need. I only gave it 4 starts because the long bolt that is included is not exactly high grade hardware. Mine was slightly bent and I was able to correct it by hand. That makes me a bit nervous trying to tighten it down, but it didn't break or stretch, so it at least functioned properly. I will probably replace it eventually, but it did what I needed it to do, so I am happy with it.
