Decent wrist straps that hold tight and with the attached grip that sits nicely in your hand. Allows you to lift more weight and with confidence than just bare hands.

I like that they hang when not in use. Flip them to the back of your hand or they’ll get in the way of doing things. For all sorts of exercises. £14.99 at order time. I got this to help with not only lifting, but also grip for pull-ups and using dumbbells and resistance bands. You can train better and have more fun when you’re not having to deal with calluses.
