Really nice taste to this powdered honey! The lightness doesn’t take away from the richness and vice verse. You don’t need much and I love that I can use it in baking. Try a Honey Oatmeal Banana Bread!!!

It’s sweet, it not too sweet. I combined it with some spices to make a sweet and spicy barbecue rub. It can burn if put on meat and cooked at a high heat. Dissolves well when used as a sweetener.

It's okay .. I will not buy it again. The flavor is not here. I bought it as a less messy version of honey to take while making tea while camping. It's just not there.

Other reviewers have said this is sweet but not too sweet. I don't get that at all. I switched to honey powder a year or so ago (liquid honey is too messy for travel, which I do a lot). Unfortunately, the other brand is no longer available. I tried this as an alternative because the listed ingredients are identical. But the taste is nothing the same, this clearly contains more maltodextrin than honey. It may be a good mix for tapioca but it is not a viable source of honey. Unfortunately, the product is not returnable.

I use it when making cold process soap and lotions. It works well for those purposes.

Although this product is a convenient form to transport honey, it also contains "Organic Tapioca Maltodextrin" which is not mentioned in the Amazon description. Not sure what the ratio is in my bag (50/50?) but the product looks and tastes like white powder or flour. You'd need to dump a ton into your recipe or teacup to get any sense that honey was part of the contents

I love this product because it's easy to add to anything. I used it in a smoothie, a glaze over chicken, and tea. For me it''s not really about the health benefits or replacing sugar - because it's still a sweetener at the end of the day - but I prefer to use honey in my everyday already, so I really love that this powdered version is so versatile and easy to use! Tastes great too! No more sticky surfaces either!
