Washing liquids that are environmentally friendly tend to not smell the best, but the quality of Ecover is amazing. 1 single pod is more potent than you'd think, but the after smell is still fresh so these packs last for ages. My skin is quite sensitive and this is the only detergent I've used that has not caused me any issues in this department which I can appreciate.

My kids have really sensitive skin, fairy non bio, persil, my own natural mix, all makes them itch. This one, so far so good. The small parcel smells lovely but the clothes have no scent after washing. Tbh if this means there aren't nasty chemicals making the scent, maybe that's for the better. Would definitely recommend.

Worth the purchase in value terms!

I’m surprised how effective this laundry gel is! I tried to wash the stain I got on my jacket with the other laundry sheet with vanish but it didn’t work then I used this and added vanish again, the stain finally got removed which I’m very happy about! Definitely will buy again!

Love the smell of these pods, the smell is fresh but subtle. Removes stains and washed clothes well. I like that they are eco friendly and I will definitely use again.

Review of: Ecover Non-Bio Laundry Capsules - Almond & Rescued Apricot You get 3 boxes of laundry capsules. Each box contains 34 capsules. Packaging: The pods come in a recyclable cardboard box. The packaging gives the impression of a budget brand yet the product is actually more expensive than its well known leading competitors. At the current price of £33 for 102 capsules, this equates to 32p per each. I’m more used to paying around 20p each for pods that also contain fabric softener. The Capsules: Simple golden coloured pods that smell rather lovely. My initial thoughts were that it smelt like a subtle perfume. Whilst the box states its almond and rescued apricot (btw, what the heck is rescued apricot???) for some reason I get a hint of coconut. Whatever the smell is like, it’s very nice. They clean my laundry perfectly well and most importantly for me, they are suitable for use with homes that have a septic tank / treatment plant. I use a scented fabric softener when I do my laundry so I’m unable to deduce whether the scent from the capsules lingers on my clothes. Non bio, good eco credentials and carbon neutral. I’d be happy to purchase these again but only if they’re discounted.
