I started to take this supplement last week, but since I also started taking two new supplements, I could not figure out what was causing my symptoms of pimples breaking out on my face, headaches, or why I suddenly had some unusual body odor. So, I continued to take the Youtheory collagen product and stopped taking the other two products. Yet, I continued to experience those symptoms. Now, not that I did not read the reviews before I purchased this item, because I typically read reviews before purchasing products. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the lesser negative reviews since this product was so highly rated with huge great reviews. Anyways, after my bad experience with this product, I read more of the negative reviews, and sure enough I had some of the same symptoms others had. Although I only got headaches during the first 3 days of taking the product, I stopped taking it after four days since I continued to have the other two symptoms that I mentioned above. Sure enough, when I stopped taking this product all of my above symptoms went away. Even when I restarted to take the other two products that I mentioned above again, I still did not have any of the symptoms like I did when I was taking the Youtheory collagen. The only thing I regret when I stopped taking Youtheory collagen is that my hip pain came back. So, I guess this product is good for something, but it's not worth it for me with the other symptoms it brings. Update: So, I decided to retake these supplements since I still had them on hand, and I didn't want to waste them. Fortunately, I'm not having any of the side effects such as body odor, and pimple break outs, just one pimple now and then. Also, since it's been about a week since I started to retake these supplements, I've had only one headache, and I also feel like it is still helping with my hip and joint pain, as I don't feel much pain when taking these. I don't know what it's done for my hair yet because my hair is braided, but as far as for my skin, it's helping to give me softer radiant skin. So, I guess all those side effects that I had before was just my body getting use to this product. Overall, this is an okay product, and I think I will see better results the longer I take it.

Great quality and easy to take. Definitely works well for hair and skin

I am 41 and started taking this supplement a few weeks ago, and I can already tell a difference in my skin. My face is clearer and more firm. But taking the full dose was making me nauseous all day. When taking it for skin health, most people only need 2500-5000 mg of collagen daily. So I cut my dosage down to 4000 mg, and the nausea has gone away. I might gradually increase my dose back up to 6000 mg over time, but for now 4000 mg is working very well for me. They are easy for me to take, and no smells or aftertaste. This supplement is now in my daily regimen, and I don't ever see myself without it.

Literally the best hands down!!! The pills are huge and you need to take 6 a day (3 in the morning and 3 at night) but they REALLY work!! I noticed a difference in my hair texture and my eyebrows starting growing (they neverrr grow) after just 1 dose! This stuff works incredibly good! I swear by this stuff.

Didn’t realize this was a SIX tablet serving size. Should really only need to take 2
