Overall happy
I have a cat who was outdoor but then became indoor because I moved and I had another cat who was an indoor cat. My used to be outdoor cat started trying to escape from the house so I decided to get this for them so they at least have some freedom. Now for the review: I believe I got the XXL or large. Can’t remember. It came in two separate boxes. The pieces were packaged safely and securely. All parts were there including the screws. You will need your own power tools and a latter. I would also recommend keeping in mind getting a piece of wood to attach to the bottom. The wood is a bit on the cheap end and the house is kind of unstable even after putting it together and tightening all the screws. The instructions are for the most part easy to follow aside from one area where you put the triangle pieces on but then you’d struggle putting it together on the ground so I did it after. The instructions recommend 2 people saying it can take 60 minutes to put it together. However, even with two people I don’t believe it would only take that long. It took me at least 45 minutes alone just to pull out all the pieces. For me, mostly alone, took me I’d said about 4 hours to put the whole thing together. I do wish this came with a bottom but it didn’t. Thankfully we had this wood laying around as well as the fake grass so I used that for the base. Doing this increased the sturdiness of the cat house. If you don’t get a base it’s likely the cat house will be too unsturdy to move unless you build it where you are going to place it. We ended up putting it outside my window and it fits pretty well and there is enough room for my cats to get in and out of and is a good height as well. I do also like the color but keep in mind that color does come off pretty easy if you accidentally scrape it on something. I am happy for the most part and other than a couple of slight issues or recommended updates to it like adding a bottom panel, I’m happy with it.

Perfect
This was pretty easy to put together, I do highly suggest you have 2 people to assemble this. It took my son and I about 90 minutes to assemble, taking brief breaks. The wood itself isn't the strongest (when assembling) but sturdy enough for the cats. I use it for TnR post op containment. It gives them the freedom from the trap, but also the protection from predators and I can keep them safe and fed for several days instead of releasing them too soon.

This is a two person job. Can’t do it alone
It took me two days to put together because I did it alone . I asked my neighbor for help to put the sides on because there was no way I could do that part alone. As soon as you open the box it has a strong smell, could be the paint but it goes away after awhile . I took it apart in the house and put the frames together then the next day I brought it outside to put together. My cat loves it, I had it close to the grass for him then decided to move it by the door so I can leave the back door open and he can come in and out as he likes I have a mosquito net as my screen door so it’s easy for him I put three videos together as one because I’m only allowed one video. I give this 5 stars Also make sure you keep track of what screws go where because towards the end I was short the B2 screws and had more B3 when I was putting on the last three screens which is the roof but I think it was because doing it alone I was overwhelmed and had the screws everywhere . Update : I took the box covers off because he didn’t go inside it plus the bench alone is better it has more more room for him to lay on it . Hope this helps #value for the money #sturdiness #cat loves it

Not durable
Cat clawed it up within an hour time. Shredded wood right off inside. Surprised she didn’t get splinters from it.

Easily assembled
For one single cat this is a very good sturdy structure. Little tight living for two cats and also I will say he is very easily assembled although I will add they should have recommended the use of wood glue to make structure a little more sturdier

Cat Cadio
This was a great idea to keep cat food separate from dog food. Cat is able to come go everyday.
