Does it have a place for a water bladder

It does not have a location on it designed specifically for a water bladder. However, the side pockets and back pocket could technically hold a water bladder and if you have a long enough line/straw you'll be able to use those pockets. The side pockets could hold approximately 48-50 fluid oz long bladders and the back pocket could hold a bladder around 128 fluid oz. If you already have a removeable water bladder, I'd advice searching size details on different bags. If you don't have one yet, or are planning on buying one, after purchasing this bag, just make sure to take the measurements so you'll find ones that fit.

Whats the actual size. The picture says 74cm,40cm,30,cm while the description at the bottom doesnt match the 30cm size

27 inches from the bottom to the opening at the top of the pack (27"tall). It has a bag on the very top that is about 6 to 8 inches tall depending on how much you put in it. And it is 14.5 inches wide, by 8 inches deep. I'm well satisfied with mine.

I received the backpack but it doesn’t come with the matching belt bag. anyone has the same issue?

I received mine with it. It was attached to the main bag already and had the belt/strap inside of it. If you didn't receive it at all, I would reach out to King'sGuard as you should have received it. In the picture, on the bottom back of the main bag it's attached.
